The CDC says cases of rotavirus are on the rise as vaccination rates decline. There have been more cases this year as compared to last year, and some states that have been monitoring their wastewater -- including New Jersey -- are reporting a resurgence of the virus. Now, local health officials are urging people to make sure their kids are protected. KYW South Jersey reporter Mike Dougherty has more. A 23-year-old Telford man is ordered to stand trial on rape and burglary charges after prosecutors say he broke into several homes of older, single women, raping one and lifting the nightgown of another while she slept.
