New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill visited Camden this morning to announce $49-million in funding to expand care for newborn babies and their mothers. No charges have been filed so far, as police continue to investigate Friday morning's violent multi-car collision in West Philadelphia that killed a man and a dog. KYW's Mike DeNardo reports on this.
